We want you to love your Veilleez piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must then be sent back to us within 7 days of your return being approved.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, which means:
Returns will not be accepted if items are received in a damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unsellable condition. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your own cost, and no refund will be issued.
To initiate a return, please email us at Info@veilleez.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.
UK returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
International returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping, customs, and duties. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
