All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be issued and become active.
We ship within the UK using Evri.
Standard delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Tracked Service.
Delivery time: 7–10 working days from dispatch (please note delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing).
We dispatch internationally Monday to Friday.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes levied by their country of residence. These charges are determined by your local postal or customs authority and must be paid in full by the customer. Veilleez is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.
